Flash Flood,Cambodia: The report from Banteay Meanchey province indicated that at 7:40PM on Friday 15 October 2010, rain flooding and water flooding from the collapse of the K5 dike caused floodwater to reach up to the roof of houses in Kaun Damrey village, O?Chrov district. The flooding forces the villagers to set up tents on the road to camp out.
In Poipet city, electricity was cut off completely in order to avoid electrical shock.
