A flash flood caused by the 'outburst' of two glacial lakes has caused damages to Tilgaun in Namkha Rural Municipality-6 in Humla district, Nepal. Talking to Nepalkhabar, Paljor Tamang, the chairman of ward-6 said two glacial lakes situated at Thakra in the upper region of mountainous district Humla, burst causing flash-floods and damages to Tilgaun on May 15.
