The water volume in the high-mountain lake Takyr-Tor at approximately 17:31 on June 27 reached 450,000-500,000 cubic meters, resulting in a dam breach, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.The breach caused flooding, which destroyed one of the bridges between the villages of Almaluu and Kebek-Biy (Mountain Serafimovka) in Issyk-Ata district.
