Tropical Cyclone,Korea Republic: An official from the KMA said Nari brought winds of up to 30 to 50 m per second and heavy rains of 50 to 100 mm per hour to Jeju Island and southern Korea. Eleven were dead or missing after the typhoon thrashed Jeju Island and southern parts of the peninsula, causing extensive damage including flooding, power outages and structural damage.
